Proceeds support the John J. Byrne Community Center of Uniondale's programs and services for the children and families of the region! Marvin Soskil is the President, Owner and Founder of Brett Harrison Jewelry Brokers since 1996 and is dedicated to delivering service beyond that which is expected. With over 40 years of personal experience, Quality and Integrity have always been of utmost importance to our customers. As member of the Long Island Networking Community Marvin serves on many Boards and committees for many LI based Charities including the Advisory Boar of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, The Steering Committee for The Honeysuckle Foundation (Kids with Cancer) the GALA committee for the Cancer Center for KIDS at Winthrop Hospital, LI Cares (The Harry Chapin Food Bank) and served as a Board Member for 9 years at the National Network of Accountants (Preferred Provider Network). He is a Board member of the LIBRA Network and is a founding member of the Health and Business Alliance in Queens. Marvin has been on committees for CCAN, The Arthritis Foundation, The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, LI Fight for Charity, Marty Lyons Foundation and many more. Brett Harrison Jewelers supports, Donates, Sponsors, Participates and Fundraisers for over 35 LI based Charities. Marvin believes that it is a duty to donate our time, services and jewelry, whenever we can. “Children are most dear to our Hearts.” Mr. Soskil has served as Honorees for Dress for Success and the LI Breakfast Club, FACT Foundation for Breast Cancer as well as is listed in the for Strathmore’s Who’s Who. He has also participated with the Theresa Foundation, Lutheran School Association, The Daryl Strawberry Foundation, Tee Off 4 Autism, The Genesis School, Alzheimer’s Association, Find A Cure Today for Breast Cancer Foundation. Marvin Soskil, Owner, is a creative jewelry designer. He can remodel, redesign or create anything you wish. BHJB’s service’s includes Corporate and Organizational logo pins. Among the items he designed was a Silver Commemorative Coin for 911 to raise money for the families of our lost Service People. As sellers of Designer Jewelry, Name Brand Watches, Diamonds and Colored Gems, Brett Harrison Jewelers caters to the busy executive who has little time to shop. He is also a Graduate of the Gemological Institute of America. Marvin see clients, by appointment, in there offices or his. He offers a more comfortable environment to shop and he reminds the busy Executives of Birthdays, Anniversaries and Special Occasions weeks in advance to plan ahead. Marvin believes education is the utmost of importance therefore it behooves us not to spend ample time to teach our customers that which is necessary to make an educated decision, especially when it comes to spending large sums of money. Although Brett Harrison Jewelers sells Fine Jewelry for better value, prices less than any store, Marvin assures you that we do not compromise quality for price. Marvin is a firm believer in giving back to the community that we serve. Our purpose is to serve. The inaugural OUTSTANDING ADVOCATES FOR CHILDREN & YOUTH AWARDS COCKTAIL RECEPTION took place on Tuesday, September 13, 2011, 6pm to 8pm, at The Omni, 333 Earle Ovington Boulevard, Uniondale.
